Return Policy

If any product is damaged in your shipment upon receipt, you must notify us via email at within ten (10) days of receiving the shipment in order to make a claim for replacement of the product or refund.  Please include a description of damages including photo(s) as proof so that we can determine the appropriate resolution.  Note that original shipping costs are not refundable, and that the same product may no longer be available, in which case we may replace it with a similar product or refund your payment.
